Lance has a master’s degree in tax law from the VU University in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After finishing his studies, he immediately joined the firm and has been with the firm for 9 years. He has extensive experience in corporate taxation, tax planning, tax due diligence, litigation, tax compliance incl. Central Bank compliance, mergers and acquisitions. Lance specializes in indirect taxes and profit tax, the hotel and hospitality industry and corporate governance, to name a few. Lastly, Lance has also lectured at the University of Aruba on tax studies, and regularly presents at tax related seminars on e.g. indirect taxes, incl. a VAT-system, recent developments and legislative changes.
