(Junior) Tax Advisor

Core tasks

• Works on partial assignments and performs support work within advisory assignments under the supervision of a Junior Tax Manager or Tax Manager
• Participates in team projects
• Declares income tax returns where specific tax knowledge is required
• Files IT returns
• Assists in drafting objection and (appeal) notices of appeal
• Handles AML/CFT work
• Assists in preparing Newsflashes and preparing presentations
• Keeping up to date with the existing client network
• Acts professionally in client contacts, contacts with tax authorities and service providers
• May direct external inquiries to appropriate contacts
• Keeps abreast of recent professional developments
• Communicates progress and potential problems regarding delivery in a timely manner
• Provides feedback and communicates potential improvement in order to improve delivery to customers

Job requirements

• A fiscal education at WO level
• Has good technical qualities and analytical skills
• Has a broad interest in the tax field
• Has a broad social interest
• Has a good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Has a good command of IT skills
