Ryon Dijkhoff

Ryon began his career at PwC Aruba in 2016, where he steadily progressed due to growth opportunities and his commitment to the profession and our clients. In 2018, the Aruba office transitioned to Grant Thornton, where Ryon currently holds a managerial position since 2020 in the Advisory & Assurance department. He has seven years of experience in external audits for local and multinational clients, with expertise in various areas and accounting standards such as: Internal Controls, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Accounting, Dutch GAAP, US GAAP, IPSAS, IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and International Standards on Auditing. Ryon’s client’s range in size, and he has experience in performing high-quality external audits, assurance-related, financial and advisory services. Ryon has experience in the following industries: telecommunications, pension funds, social bank institutions, aviation, commercial and private air transport, credit institutions, financial institutions, insurance companies, waste management, tourism hospitality and leisure, education, health services, public service, shipping, ports, transport and utilities. He is known for being a structured and communicative project manager with a client-focused approach. He is passionate about personal and professional development, is service-minded and socially driven, he actively seeks to create a continuous betterment of the society we live in.
