As a Tax Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our tax department completing tax returns, being the expert in consolidating financial statements, tax returns and identifying potential accounting and tax issues. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your expertise while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Handling tax return work, from simple to complex, while flagging issues that may require further review.
- Managing internal correspondence related to tax return matters.
- Communicating with clients and Tax Authorities regarding various tax issues.
- Preparing letters of objection.
What We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (FEF) or EPI Accounting with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Interest in tax and accounting.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Good IT skills relevant to tax return work.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial, accounting or tax industry
