GT in the Community 2026: Making an Impact Together
We believe that making an impact goes beyond the work we do for our clients. Through GT in the Community, our people take time to support initiatives that strengthen the communities where we live and work.
Community involvement is not only personally rewarding; it also gives our people the opportunity to connect, contribute and develop skills that can be valuable in their professional lives.
This year, our Grant Thornton Aruba team took part in two meaningful local initiatives: Aruba Doet with SABA – Hunto Mas Fuerte, and a volunteer day at Fundacion Pa Nos Comunidad (FPNC).
Connecting through Aruba Doet
Earlier this year, during Aruba Doet, our team joined the residents of SABA – Hunto Mas Fuerte for a joyful day exploring the colourful murals of San Nicolas.
It was a valuable opportunity to spend time together, support the residents and celebrate the creativity and culture of our community.
About SABA – Hunto Mas Fuerte
SABA – Hunto Mas Fuerte is a care organisation dedicated to supporting residents with dignity, respect and compassion. Guided by its “Caring Beyond Care” approach, SABA creates meaningful connections and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, their families and the wider community.
By providing care and support to more than 200 residents, SABA helps families feel assured that their loved ones are safe and well supported. Its work reflects the meaning of Hunto Mas Fuerte, stronger together.

Supporting FPNC and families in Aruba
As part of GT in the Community, a team of 11 Grant Thornton Aruba volunteers also joined Fundacion Pa Nos Comunidad (FPNC), Aruba’s official food bank.
Together, our colleagues assisted with assembling and distributing food and hygiene packages for families in our community.
About FPNC
Founded in 2009, FPNC supports vulnerable families across Aruba through food and aid baskets, household essentials, bread distribution and personal guidance. The foundation also offers participation and reintegration programmes that help people develop skills, regain confidence and work towards greater financial independence.
Its work is made possible through the commitment of volunteers, community partners and donors.
How you can support FPNC
Every contribution can make a meaningful difference. You can support FPNC by volunteering your time, making a donation or supporting its social initiatives.
