Human Resources Officer (Fulltime)

What does your work look like:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Officer who will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, planning the overall HR strategy and assist the management team creating and implementing HR policies and procedures. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. 

What are we looking for:

• You have a completed bachelor or master's degree in the field of Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• You have proven knowledge and minimal 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
• You have excellent knowledge of various HR areas, such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation and training & development.
• You have outstanding organizational, time management,  communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are a self-motivated and hard working individual, who is able to deliver work within tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
