The Government of Aruba recently announced that several tax changes are planned for 2026. These changes include a favorable tax policy aimed at the economic development of Oranjestad and San Nicolas, as well as start-up benefits within the profit tax for certain promising sectors.
It is expected that additional tax measures will be published later this year. One of the anticipated changes concerns the introduction of a new activities list for Free Zone companies.
